Veterinarians, to request an echocardiogram, submit an online request via RDVM portal and you will receive an email with potential available dates.  Once a date is confirmed, a 2-4 hour arrival window will be determined.  Due to the mobile nature of this service, arrival times are estimated and cannot be guarenteed.

• Morning appointments should drop off by 8am and Dr. Jackson will arrive for the appointment between 8:30am and noon.  

• Midday appointments should be dropped off by 10am and Dr. Jackson will arrive between 10:00am - 1:00pm. 

• Afternoon appointments should be dropped off by 12:00 and Dr. Jackson will arrive between 12:00 - 2:00pm.

• We are unable to schedule definitive times for appointments, but please call if you have an extenuating circumstance

Results will be given via verbal and written report to the DVM responsible for the case that day.  DVMs are responsible to giving the results to the clients.  ​
